Buying a foreclosure

Are you looking for a good deal? Are you wanting to take advantage of the low prices available? Your first step is finding out what you can afford to buy. You'll need to have a letter of pre-approval from a qualified lender in order to actually submit an offer on an REO property. The bank has already lost the property so they won't take a risk on a buyer without having proof of financing or proof of funds in the case of a cash buyer. You'll definitely want to establish a relationship with a knowledgeable Realtor who can help you find what you're looking for. I constantly look to see what repo's are available and I work as a Buyer's agent to help you find just what you want and to negotiate the best price possible. As a Buyer's agent, I will provide comps to assure the right price to offer on a home. Once you choose the right property, you don't ususally have a long time to make a decision. The good properties seem to move very quickly. You must remember that you're not the only person looking and a home priced well will not last long. If you'd like a list of homes or are looking for a Realtor to help you through your purchase give me a call at 912-655-2554 or email me at robinsellssavannah@gmail.com RAWLS REALTY and I are "Always Thinking Outside the Box"!
